Personal data will be retained whilst the link with the organisation is maintained. When said relationship comes to an end, the personal data processed for each of the purposes indicated will be retained for the periods set out by law or the period during which a judge or court of law may require them, taking into account the prescription period for legal proceedings. Should said statutory period not exist, they shall be retained until the interested party requests that they be deleted or withdraws their consent.
